The lane, also called a holloway, was once a main road with horse and carriage passing through. Once the main road was built it slowly fell into disuse and now is a footpath used by dog walkers and horse riders.
As the lane has eroded it has become a series of spirals and passages of changing light. A portal to the past, to the light, to the end of your walk.
